What is the difference between Full Planning and Day-of Coordination?

Full Planning provides guidance throughout the entire journey from the very start. Day-of Coordination, on the other hand, begins in the final stages to ensure that everything you have envisioned is executed with structure and a seamless flow.  

When should we hire this service?

Ideally, between 2 to 4 months before the wedding. This ensures there is enough time to review the planning already in place and to align all the details with your vendors.

How do I know if I really need Day-of Coordination?

If you want to step away from handling logistics such as taking phone calls, managing vendors, overseeing schedules, or resolving unforeseen issues, then this service is for you.

The goal is to allow you to be fully present and at ease, so your only focus is on enjoying your day.

If we hire you, will we lose control over the decisions?
